The staff at check-in were amazing, and the other staff you have to encounter. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with how my results were communicated. The doctor told me that the findings looked very concerning and that I needed a biopsy, but I was not given much of an explanation or shown the images. Given how frightening that news was, I expected a more compassionate and thorough conversation about what they saw and what the next steps would be. From the minute, I walked in the receptionists were so friendly & kind, they made the registration process was a breeze. The technicians were so knowledgeable & amazing! Over all the whole process was quick,, easy & most importantly pain free!! Amazing experience

My experience was extremely positive, the staff was wonderful, calm and caring. For me, parking was easy, the center was beautiful and upbeat, and I was in and out of there within an hour max.

If it's possible to love getting a 3D mammogram and breast ultrasound, it's because of this place! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The facility is spotless, there was absolutely no wait time, and the waiting room was calm and uncrowded. The staff is experienced, professional, genuinely friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. They turned what is usually a stressful appointment into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this imaging center to anyone looking for exceptional care.
