ACUPUNCTURE on 2nd FL We went to this MSK location for my wife to get acupuncture. Normally she goes to MSK on 64th street. On the second floor. When you get off the elevator, the breast cancer dept is on the left and the Integrative Medicine Suite is on the right. Beautiful facility. Love my Dr and happy with treatment. Employees are nice. The rules are way too relaxed. Employees cleaning coffee machine coughing and sniffling. No masks enforced. In waiting area and there’s a young kid running around coughing. Visitors are supposed to be at least 12. It’s very frightening for an immunocompromised cancer patient. Wait times are also ridiculous. Early appointment and still waiting an hour.

Financially taking advantage of a cancer patient at a vulnerable time in their life is both immoral and should be illegal. My two appointments with an oncologist and surgeon turned into a seven hour ordeal due to the inability of Sloan to properly schedule patients (with zero update from anyone on their team as my family and I spent hours waiting for their doctors past our scheduled time). The facility overall is good. But need to make a better arrangement on patient appointment. My wait is over 1.30mins on an empty office day. Not sure what went wrong?! Show up on time, even early, all the other patients arrived later than me is being served. In a modern facilities setting, it’s kind of disappointed on this area
