Went here for some bloodwork on 8/5/25. My veins are extremely uncooperative and I’m always worried about the several jabs needed. Not that day. I was fortunate phlebotomist Tammy Holmes was on duty that day. (Her ID says “Medical Coordinator). She was polite, caring and an expert in jabs. I didn’t even feel it. Kudos and thanks to Tammy!

My infusion on the 5th floor was nearly three hours late yesterday. Unacceptable particularly for weak cancer patients made to wait where most, even staff, are not wearing masks - those that do wear masks are not wearing n95s. You can’t safely take off your own mask to eat or drink because of the germs hanging in the air. Being that I'm a cancer patient, my daughter and I went here. On the 11th floor there is a pantry , and we always look forward to going. To get what is needed. Very good people there and friendly.
