They used to have free snacks & give aways for patients but now you have to pay for snacks…so greedy
After three years of treatment, I truly believe this is the best hospital in the world. The entire team is incredibly professional, caring, and compassionate. The staff always makes you feel comfortable and supported, and the scheduling is very flexible, which really helps during such a challenging time. I was treated at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center for breast cancer, and unfortunately, my experience has been deeply frustrating. While the doctors are clearly skilled, the communication and patient support systems have been terrible. On multiple occasions, I needed urgent answers from my surgeon, but I was only allowed to speak to nurses who could just guess at the doctor’s reasoning.
