The care, for my wife, is wonderful, from the admin staff, to the nurses, to the lab technicians, the pharmacists, and of course not least the doctors. Thank you !!!! Now I’m going to gripe. At being woken up, thanks to someone who saw me napping and fetched a young staff member to wake me and demand what I was doing there. Finding times to sleep while caring for someone 24 hours is so important. I sleep on a train, a bus, or as passenger in a car, why not at MSK while waiting for a loved one to finish with imaging.

I had seen many bad reviews on here and just chalked it up to people being unreasonable, but I was wrong. I had my first appointment today and when I got there, the receptionist tells me "your appointment was cancelled and they rescheduled you for June" after spending 40 minutes driving there. She said that someone should have contacted me to inform me, but I told her they absolutely didn't. Every single other doctor I have, or even the hospital I get my treatments at, will ALWAYS reach out at least once and maybe two times ... read more
