Horrible place they messed up my test 3 time and I had to go and get it redrawn someplace Else which caused a great inconvenience for me because people here could not be bothered to do their job properly , I used to go there because it is close to my Job but not anymore. So unless you have all the time in the world to go back and forth there for a redraw I would never resonant his place stay far away from it

Second time for infusion here and the private room with that touchscreen chair made it bearable ordered a sandwich right from the seat while getting treatment. Staff stayed kind and checked in often which helped a lot. Wait dragged though before they got me started longer than it shouldve been. Parking spots nearby but its Brooklyn so expect to pay. Not bad for what it is.

I went to the Brooklyn location today for the first time and when I tell you, the front desk staff and the nurse that took my blood were AWESOME. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this facility. Felicia Webb.

Every time I come here for an injection, I leave frustrated by how slow and inefficient the process is. The injection itself takes less than five minutes, yet I often end up waiting more than an hour, even when the waiting room is nearly empty. It seems like there’s an issue with how appointments are managed or perhaps they’re understaffed. Either way, it’s incredibly frustrating. At this point, it might actually be faster for me to travel to the Manhattan office.
