If I could give this place zero stars I would. Extremely unprofessional. I had to wait over an hour for treatment and vitals. My DR would not answer my questions. I was told I was getting a head of myself and trust them. The only thing they care about is money. I switched to Monter Care which has been amazing. Good Riddends monet hungry MSK

Better off going through Mount Sinai to have your family member treated. I’m sure they would treat their patients like human beings rather than another statistic. Don’t give false hope if there’s really NO HOPE AT ALL! Step up your game and live up to your name. Very disappointed in their services and accommodations. Then again, it’s not their loved one dying, so why should they care?

Other posts seemed out of line with my experience. My wife went to have her port unhooked. The nurses were on the ball and notice a possible staph infection. They took pics and sent it to her oncologist in NYC. She was given antibiotics immediately in the event it was positive (it was). The wait is the only deficit of the facility. Its way closer than Manhattan. Still, the NYC Sloan facility (53rd street) is way more ascetically appealing.
