This 1 star is not for the staff. We all know and understand that MSKCC has the world's best doctors. It is also a gorgeous facility.I'd give it 10 stars for doctors, grounds and facility. But the billing department deserves less than 1 star. I am very angry as I write this post. Why? Because we received our bill--a small one--which we were happy to pay on time and in full. Wow just wow. we are all doomed if this is "the best care" I will be looking elsewhere for care. This place has dropped every single ball along the way.
I went for a second opinion for bladder cancer, & was dissatisfied with the 2nd opinion, being the Dr was going off another drs diagnosis.
