Edit...July 9th 2025, Walked In to the lower concourse and was greeted by Solay I hope I spelled that right. Her beautiful smile, her kind words and her willingness to help me. Made my day. She was so kind and so helpful even the older gentlemen behind me felt her energy and said you have a great disposition. Goes to show not all experiences are the same. Six years ago, we turned to MSK for a second opinion as we just weren’t comfortable with doing things locally, and we never turned back. We can’t say enough good things about our experience here. My gosh, the staff are wonderful and everyone is super nice! What a special group of people! My husband’s care team was amazing! He was very fortunate — no port, no feeding tube, extra hydration when needed. They stayed on top of each aspect of his care including pain management and nutrition.
