Between spending hours of speaking to ink-take and filling out online forms I was scheduled for an appt. I was scheduled to come in. Approx 3 hour drive. I wait for well over 2 hours and was seen by a very kind nurse. Then the Doctor came in. She arrogantly told me (like it was my fault) that she was not the doctor for me. The medical staff is professional while the receptionist are not as in most medical facilities you encounter. Very rude and not too enthusiastic about their work. I think it makes sense why AI will replace certain jobs to avoid headaches like this. I hate to say that but I get it. Similar to how ez pass replaced physical workers. I hate to say it but it will most likely reach that point.

VALET PARKING - I have a suggestion with the valet parking. We were delayed for infusion and didn’t leave until 8:30PM. When we went outside the guard said they were finished and here are your keys. We had to find my car and it was down a hill near the main road. We valeted because I can’t walk far and we were leaving my family members treatment but not to mention the temp was close to 25 degrees. Dr. Au and the radiology department are awesome. Very anxious about the procedure. Explained each step before the procedure, during the procedure and after. I can't thank them enough for getting me through it. Everyone of the staff have been amazing. Treated with respect and caring. Very important when the diagnosis is cancer.
