Dr. Au and the radiology department are awesome. Very anxious about the procedure. Explained each step before the procedure, during the procedure and after. I can't thank them enough for getting me through it.
The doctor and staff were nice, the building was nice, but the wait time was bad! The parking lot was full, but they did have free valet, which is cool. easy access off the highway. My appointment was at 1 pm, finally got called to the room by 330ish, doc came in around 345 to go over some stuff, and then said the main doc would be in soon... 515ish she came in super sweet and apologized for the time, but man.... and they didn't have my previous blood workup. Edit...July 9th 2025, Walked In to the lower concourse and was greeted by Solay I hope I spelled that right. Her beautiful smile, her kind words and her willingness to help me. Made my day. She was so kind and so helpful even the older gentlemen behind me felt her energy and said you have a great disposition. Goes to show not all experiences are the same. Six years ago, we turned to MSK for a second opinion as we just weren’t comfortable with doing things locally, and we never turned back. We can’t say enough good things about our experience here. My gosh, the staff are wonderful and everyone is super nice! What a special group of people! My husband’s care team was amazing! He was very fortunate — no port, no feeding tube, extra hydration when needed. They stayed on top of each aspect of his care including pain management and nutrition.
