The process from check in to check out was timely and very smooth.
I was happy with the doctor and staff. The online paperwork was not up to date and was a waste of time to fill out beforehand. I had to fill out what appeared to be the same paperwork other than the woke stuff that was added.
It was my initial office visit. First impression start to finish was great.
Set up initial appointment quickly. Communicated to me about an open appt.earlier and got me in sooner. Quick wait time. Nurse and techs were thorough and professional. Dr. venegas was reassuring and explained the procedures needed. Check out staff told me how timeline would be and what next steps would be. Very satisfied with the level of care I received.
