This place won't return a phone call, submit referrals correctly, or follow up on anything. I've been trying to have a request for additional visits submitted to my insurance for WEEKS. My insurance didn't receive anything, and it's been nothing but a run around. Nobody calls you back, no one picks up the phone, and even when you are there in person the front desk does not want to help. Absolutely horrible place. No care for patients. Customer service is disgraceful with the way they deal with people. Refused to treat my some after being on a waiting list for over a year because of a code. When this info could have been given a year ago in the initial phone call. Why even put him on the list?! Garage didn’t even get a chance to make an appointment phone system in need of an update tells you less than 5 min on hold for 52 before anyone answers and system is so poor can’t even understand lady. thumbs down on quality and service best advice is to go in person but I’m not so sure on how much time you will waste
Kirstin was so amazing with my son. He received feeding therapy and she was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. She took her time each visit to explain everything to me. He made so much progress working with her. I sincerely appreciate all her hard work!
