This is the most unorganized facility.The staff does not care about their patients Like all of memorial it's a business not a place we're they help people
My son has severe leg pain. We were waiting for an appointment for two months, and then our appointment was cancelled because the referral expired. Of course it expired — we had to wait two months to be seen. I am a Medical Assistant, and during my training we are taught to help patients and make sure they receive timely care. That is why this situation is especially frustrating for me.
Every one was extremely nice and my mom really loved Ms Maxine 🥰
Seasia, was absolutely exceptional in treating my boxer’s fracture. She always greeted me on time with a warm smile. Her knowledge, kindness, and compassion made every session a positive experience. She was thorough in providing both in-clinic care and easy-to-follow exercises for home, which made a real difference in my recovery.
