The PT folks that worked on me there did a great job. I hoped that rest would solve some ankle pain that had stopped me from running a distance longer than a mile. After two years of "resting" I went to he PT folks. The course of PT exercises they put me on in the spring allowed me to get back to running. Now, instead of failing to finish a mile without pain, I’m back to marathons. I completed two marathons in September, and have another one scheduled for October.
