I came to my appt today for PT I have back pain and it's worst in the mornings. my arrival time was by the time of my appt. The front desk person told me that as I didn't come 15-30min before the appointment I needed to reschedule to another day due to in person paperwork I needed to fill out. I handle all my information electronically thru the memorial app they have all my history with that being said I personally think that the center has not been considerate and customer service is not supportive with the patient.
