A shout out to all the staff at the Memorial cardiac rehab center. My experience has been totally positive. From the receptionist, Christina, to the various PT folks I was so impressed. During many sessions I worked with a wide variety of PT specialists. I started to list their names and then realized I might forget someone. Today marked my second visit at this facility — yesterday was my first. On my first day, I worked with Chris, who did an amazing job. He walked me through everything, handled my evaluation, and really showed that he cares. Today, I worked with Gerald for my first full session. We went through a variety of exercises, strength work, and training. He’s awesome — very talkative, kind, and genuinely listens. I came to my appt today for PT I have back pain and it's worst in the mornings. my arrival time was by the time of my appt. The front desk person told me that as I didn't come 15-30min before the appointment I needed to reschedule to another day due to in person paperwork I needed to fill out. I handle all my information electronically thru the memorial app they have all my history with that being said I personally think that the center has not been considerate and customer service is not supportive with the patient.
