Super fast and friendly service!!
In 2022, I did transvaginal pelvic scan from this facility as prescribed by my OBGYN. The billing statement was generated and I had paid the due in 2022. Now, in April 2023 I got abilling statement for the same date of service where I was charged for Abdominal scan which was never prescribed in 2022. Checked with billing team and they responded that the billing code was generated for both Abdominal and pelvic scan. And this payment is for abdominal scan. I don’t know why?? Professional friendly staff. I was attended to on time. They also accommodated a last minute request. Plus I greatly appreciate reaching a staff member on phone..not answering service.
Staffs are not friendly. Will not recommend this place. The lady who did scanning didn't even provide wipes to clean the cream and said you are all done and leave. And also said don't have to wait in reception for anything.
