On the technical side, they seem to be okay. I received a collection notice from a lawyer even though I never received any bills or telephone calls from Memorial Radiology associates. After some research, I found out that the insurance company had paid them $762 and I owed them $134. Yes, this is a legitimate bill and I always paid legitimate bills on time. I was extremely disappointed the way they handled it. (without even sending me the bill even one time!). I will think twice before using their service again.
