Did the consultation form online. Sent my pics. Called numerous times to get an in person consultation. Twice they said theyd call me back. The last time I called she said "can you call me back, im busy, I have calls scheduled all day". I said Nah! How about you call me back when you are free. How does it make sense for me to keep calling back. I just need an appt. Since you are too busy for my business. I will take it elsewhere. Hundreds of other great surgeons that would love my business.

I reached out to Memorial Plastic Surgery and submitted my photos. I did not receive a call from the online consultation. I reached out and was advised a note was on the account about my hernia , but no one ever called. I was told that I should receive a call in a couple of days to address my concerns. It has been a month and no contact. This was a very poor experience, especially after submitting vulnerable pictures. I wish I could give zero stars.

I scheduled an in-office consultation based on the excellent care my wife received during two previous procedures at this practice. Unfortunately, this experience was completely different. I never received any follow-up, and the appointment ended up being a waste of my time. While the doctors have always been exceptional, the office staff is severely lacking in professionalism, communication, and follow-through.

I've had multiple procedures done with Dr. Franklin Rose and I continue to return because I trust his work completely. He is professional, skilled, and always takes the time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. Literally heaven sent. My results have been great, and I appreciate the care and attention he gives throughout the entire process. I live abroad and only see him when I travel back to America, he remains my go-to surgeon.
