Just received a duplicate bill from them, same reference number, same amount submitted to insurance and everything, I paid the bill back in July but I guess this time they decided to bill me another amount. Trying to get a hold of someone is nearly impossible. The surgery I had was supposed to be fully covered per the ACA, but I just keep receiving bills because they're totally inept at properly submitting things to insurance. At this point I'm telling everyone I know to avoid Memorial at all costs.
Got a bill from them. Apparently the EKG done for my surgery at Memorial Medical Center was read by one of their doctors. While they did sort of work with my insurance? One of the very few times my insurance company sent me their(insurance company) portion of what is owed. Well the bill I received was not what my insurance said I owed.
