Had to wait 3 weeks for the billing office to receive pre authorization for a heart monitor. Received an EOB stating I owed money because preauthorization was not received. Have called the billing office 6 times over the two months since I received this statement. Have been told I will receive a call from a supervisor regarding the escalation of my account to AR to have this removed from my account. I have received zero call back.
