We are so pleased with this medical clinic. They are caring, compassionate, efficient and knowledgeable. We have great confidence in the medical care we receive for our adult special needs son. As well as myself. Kimberly and Fallon are amazing. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great primary care provider.
Dr Thames is terrific. The nurses and lab technicians are also good. However, since Memorial replaced Merit, the front office staff is discourteous, disorganized, and unprofessional from their appearance (messy hair and wrinkled clothing) to the condescending disregard they have for their patients concerns and time. Over the past 2 years, my care has gone from excellent to mismanaged appointments, an inability to reach people and constant routing to the scheduling number to leave messages, and overall lackluster service. For nearly two months I've been stuck here and homeless, most people in this town treat me like trash. I don't complain. This was never a position at 42 I wanted to be in. I however am in this situation trying to get employment anywhere my funds have depleted. I won't ask anyone for anything I haven't yet and I will not.
