Office manager Tara made every effort to keep my brother from seeing primary care doctor here and seemingly willfully obstructed his access to care from D.O. Helsel citing a possibly bogus "Memorial Policy" Formal complaint to follow
Tried to confirm apointment for blood draw today at at Memorial acadian plaza, and called 2 different phone numbers, with no pick up ! Memorial has become very sloppy !
I recently moved to the bay and needed a new physician. I was able to get scheduled fairly quickly with nurse practitioner Kelsey Cobb and loved her. She’s super nice, down to earth and very knowledgeable. I’d recommend her to anyone.
The lab needs a lot of improvement . A lot of scheduling problems . The lab tech Tara is rude and unprofessional .
