Dr. Kupla was extremely rude and dismissive of my mother in law. He told her to hang up when he noticed that she was on a call with her daughter. When she refused to hang up, he instantly stood up and walked out without even hearing her out as to why she had her daughter on the phone. He was unprofessional and exhibited zero concern for her health.

Clinic is good but the call service through memorial to get or change an appointment is horrible. Terrible. Makes me want to go somewhere else. EDIT: walked into the walk in clinic and was told that "today we are not doing walk-ins" and was given a 1st available for a week later. Also tried the message and appointment service on the website and it is a black hole. Never heard back from an appointment request (scheduled 3 weeks in advance of requested date) or a an office question which is why I walked-in to the walk in clini... read more
