Awful service. Get a bill no explanation try calling they send to debt collection. Unprofessional
Like everyone else, I keep getting texts from a debt collector after paying the random bills they kept sending me. I had a baby in July and they’ve sent me multiple bills. I paid them all and received payment confirmation. 7 months later I’m still getting debt collector texts? When you call to speak to someone, the line says it’s busy and then hangs up on you. So frustrating. Please leave me alone!
As others have expressed, this “medical group” uses questionable billing practices, including vague statements, repeated requests for overpayment, and a complete lack of responsive billing customer service. The health system is fundamentally flawed, and this group contributes to that failure.
Scammers. Send you bills with no context, no treatment date, no details whatsoever- for bills you have already paid. Really shady stuff… then when you call the number on the “bill” to ask, no one answers or follows up.
