Fair I went to Dr. Alexandra Pellicena. I like the doctor a lot but I think the staff needs some improvements. The doctor office charges you for everything. If you have some documents that need to be filled out it will cost you $15.00 for the doctor to fill them out. Communication is not good at all. You have to keep calling back to find out what the status is. I overpaid on my co-pay. If I would have not called them to tell them this they would have just kept it. Not good business.
