Horrible experience. Tried to charge me again for things already paid for.
The whole process was made simple, Quinton was very caring, and he made sure of every detail, Deacon Billy performed a beautiful service
Overall pretty fair. Prices are high, service is OK, details get muddled.
7/9/2026: (Down from 4 Stars) Unfortunately, I have to lower my previous 4-star rating to 2 stars. While my experience here in January 2024 was good, the service during my Aunt's recent funeral was filled with unnecessary struggle and communication issues.
