Completely different experience on two occasions: two years ago, fractured wrist, completely by the book, courtesy & compassion, NO complaints!! 9/23/2016: walk ins accepted. Rib & back injury, therefore walking wobbly. Full flat frontal fall on step-- unable to get up-- at least 6 staff members were at my side. all doing their best to clean up my scrapes, bring cold compression packs, sent for EMT just to assess-- he offered ambulance to hospital or home, staff took me ahead of line-- I was a walk in!!
