I was nervous about doing an MRI. Netta my technician made me feel at easy, she was professional, patient, calm. Reassured me all would be fine. Really appreciated he kindness. I am so thankful that she was my technician that day. Great experience overall.

I had a wonderful experience here, and thats not what most people say when describing their mammogram. Michelle was THE sweetest woman and made the experience that much better. Everyone was kind and professional. Everything was clean. The location was well marked and easy to find. I even watched an unfortunate interaction with a woman who clearly doesn't understand insurance and fees. The woman at the front desk was calm and professional the entire time. Very impressive. I will ABSOLUTELY come back.

There was a short wait and the person that did my MRI was very friendly and so efficient. She made me at ease. Would highly recommend them

Excellent customer service. Front desk check-in was seamless and the wait wasn’t long. The tech that did my scans was very professional and attentive. He thoroughly explained the procedure and follow-up instructions. The tech that prepped me for my IV was also professional and thoroughly explained what he was doing and the effects. Well done!
