I took my mom in for a chest x-ray, and I was assured that the results would be sent to her clinic within 3-5 business days. It's been nearly a month, and the results have still not been forwarded. I've called their office multiple times for updates-at first, they promised to expedite the process. However, after several follow-up calls, I can no longer reach them; they have stopped answering their phone. This is incredibly frustrating. What is going on? Is this a scam?
I recently had an MRI, and my experience was exceptional. The staff was highly professional, offering warm greetings that created a welcoming atmosphere. The level of service was outstanding throughout the entire process.
Pleasant staff, very clean facility. On time and efficient doing my bone density test. I and out - from check in, paperwork and leaving-within 30 minutes. Perfect!
