I’ll concur with the low rate review on the front desk reception on a Saturday afternoon, she was beyond rude. She was BOTHERED to have to interact with anyone. The tech I had was only marginal, not very literate on patient experience, but the MRI machine looks old, beat up, and very ratty. I was overheating and uncomfortable the entire scan. I’ve had several services done here this year, and it’s been a wonderful experience every time! Thank you to the front desk ninjas: Brooklyn, Chelsea, Aisha!! Also, a big shout out to the technicians: Ashton, Jamie and Mohammed! I cannot thank y’all enough for your stellar service and kind smiles in welcoming me each time! Not sure what happened to this place. I have been in the past and it was great. My doctors have sent in the order going back 5 days now. I emailed it when they claimed they couldn't find it. In a good deal of pain and they need the MRI to figure out what is next. I really don't want to tie up ER resources or lose my job by getting stuck there for who knows how long to get that done.
