While the office is nice, their communication from vendors after sending you off for recommendations and further treatment is pretty bad. I had multiple times I required an additional scan (they could not perform in office) and physical therapy and the fax sent to the vendor never made it any time. I called the vendors and confirmed they never received them. I had to call 3+ times to get services provided they requested I do. Very unorganized.... Treating for over a year before I even get an email portal invitation for communication, Staff cannot handle telemed platform (Spruce)....NEED SERIOUS WORK ON COMMUNICATION, Does not accommodate communication disabilities
I need an electronic prescription sent over to my pharmacy
Had surgery scheduled for 2 months. Week before surgery no contact for directions to get off Eliquis or anything else to prepare for surgery. Booked non refundable room and 18 hrs before surgery they call me and say hospital does not take my insurance. All prep work to get ready for surgery including getting help for elderly parents down the tube.
Very knowledgeable and informative about my issue and the doctor is great . The receptionist are amazing and very helpful.
