Very good customer service and a very good Dr that explained what they seen in my results will recommend
After being a pain patient for almost 2 years here, my regular doctor, Dr. Leung who was the most compassionate and supportive doctor took a position elsewhere. The new doctor saw me today and refused care and I have already been out of meds for 6 days. The doctor was rude and uncaring and says he is the surgeon filling in. I wouldn’t let him cut on me for a million dollars. If you saw Dr. Haggshenas here in the last week and were refused care let me know.
I was referred by my physician to consult with one of the doctors here regarding my torn meniscus. While I found the staff to be friendly, I experienced some challenges with their patient care processes. For instance, I received my prescription a week after my doctor’s visit, and there were discrepancies with the scheduled surgery dates. Additionally, my health insurance denial was not addressed, and I did not receive callbacks despite leaving several messages for the scheduler, doctor and nurse.
