Horrible people .. I had a an anxiety attack in an MRI Tube too small for a big person.. They SUCK and did nothing when I could not breath !

This refers to their 1241 Campbell Rd. Houston location; Tel: 713-554-3200: 1.- It took three days of calling to get someone to answer after a 25 minutes waiting, listening to their robot saying: "someone will be with you momentarily".. 2.- We had apointment for 5pm, and was told to arrive 15 minutes earlier. We checked in with reception at 4:40 pm, and was told there will be one patient ahead of us and that in a few minutes we will be next. Zero stars. But I had to give them one to post this review. No words on their services. This facility was listed with my insurance plan as a provider for the MRI test I needed. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance, had my doctor send them the test order, got multiple reminders for my appointment, confirmed my appointment over the phone, I showed up for my appointment, filled in all the paperwork, made a payment for my copay, waited for an hour, got called in, instructed to change for the test, got in the lab to be h... read more

Worse customer service. I spent 20 minutes on hold to reschedule an appointment. I have been trying for 2 days and I just give up

This is a total bait and switch operation. They quote you a low price over the phone but when you show up they charge a much higher price -- and I guess hope you won't notice. On Oct 15, 2020, I called in to find out what my total out of pocket would be for a CT scan (CPT 74177). They told me that my Blue Cross Blue Shield contracted rate was $390 and so that would be all I would have to pay for the service. I made sure to ask if that included the radiologist reading. The front desk personnel was very rude. I go there every six months per my doctor's request for a KUB X-ray and this time was the worst. The X-ray technician was really nice, otherwise i would give them a zero.
