Horrible people .. I had a an anxiety attack in an MRI Tube too small for a big person.. They SUCK and did nothing when I could not breath !

Worse customer service. I spent 20 minutes on hold to reschedule an appointment. I have been trying for 2 days and I just give up
This is a total bait and switch operation. They quote you a low price over the phone but when you show up they charge a much higher price -- and I guess hope you won't notice. On Oct 15, 2020, I called in to find out what my total out of pocket would be for a CT scan (CPT 74177). They told me that my Blue Cross Blue Shield contracted rate was $390 and so that would be all I would have to pay for the service. I made sure to ask if that included the radiologist reading.
