Do not recommend. They can improve by verifying insurance BEFORE a patient goes to their appointment and is told that they were unable to. I scheduled my appointment over a week in advance, yet they did not verify insurance... NEVER received a call or message that they were having trouble with insurance. I've wasted 2 1/2 hours attending an appointment that should of been canceled and rescheduled. Plus this office is so hard to get anyone to answer their phones.

I was referred to them by my orthopedic doctor. Before my appointment I checked my Aetna coverage and was told because I had not met my deductible yet I would be 100% responsible for cost. I contacted Memorial to check cost prior to appointment. Despite leaving multiple messages and having one phone call I never got a straight answer on the cost.. keep in mind I'm making these calls 2 weeks in advance.
