Everything was great very professional, until more than 9 weeks ago, when my Mother's headstone was have supposed to have arrived. It's still not here, almost 5 months later. How can you take that much money from a grieving family and then do nothing but give my father the runaround about when my Mother's headstone will be placed? It's uncalled for, unethical, and just plan incompetency. It's sickening to me that you are holding up her headstone, and can't give a straight answer to us.
Very professional, hadn't been to see my grandparents graves since 1987. I went to ask for a map and the lady said "why don't I just take you to it". Such a big help.
Yesterday was my aunt Ruth's service, and Mountain View Memorial did an absolute beautiful setup...thank you
