Was in there today to discuss purchasing a headstone for my family member, although they were not able to assist me in the purchase for no fault of their own Dustin Masner was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond with vital information. I would highly recommend his service.
Dustin right from the start gave me his undivided attention guided me thru many selections he took his time to explain the many questions i had he made me feel family his concern was highly appreciated i lost my baby brother and i was devastated but Dustin helped me stay focused and he also designed my brothers headstone perfectly. Christian did a beautiful job in resetting my parent's headstone which was leaning forward a bit since the gravesite is on a hillside. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly.
Very pleased with these folks. Sam made the ordering process very easy. I never felt pressured to upgrade or spend more money. Josh delivered and installed the monument. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and compassionate. Great experience.
- August 2024: Order Placed - Aug to Dec: Sat on Sam’s desk - December 2024: Proof provided & payment made - Feb 5th: headstone complete - March 6th: Sam “I cannot give you an installment date.” No communication, incessant follow up and extremely poor service all along the way.
