We'll have no problem with Monica but other days got a call telling me my PT/INR blood Coumadin lvl was fine and I needed to schedule another appt for a month which was fine.I then it was told would be scheduled on a Monday but didn't get a date.i then called called back asked ok what was date wasn't told well who called you I said I'm not sure to be honest I forget names and such but the ding dong forgot to give me a date aka dictionary says silly is definition is ding dong I was chewed out over it.
Dr. Reed has been my G.P. for a while now. She listens & wants to find answers for you. I have numerous health issues and she genuinely seems to care. I'm tired of doctors who just want to rubber stamp you, " ok we'll see you next time " and nothing changes. She has given me new hope in doctors again. The staff at Memorial have always been friendly and helpful.
