The wait time at this clinic used to be okay a few years ago. Now I am lucky to be here for less than 2 hours with an appointment. I have booked the first appointment of the day and have had to wait 45 minutes on multiple occasions. How does that happen? I feel like they do not treat patients time as important anymore.
I had been a patient of Dr. Bonsu for quite some time, but my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I called to have a test done, and the first receptionist seemed completely unsure how to book it. Two hours later, they called back but promptly hung up.
