She is truly exceptional. She is attentive and goes above and beyond expectations. When she enters a room, she radiates a positive aura, and you genuinely feel that your concerns are being acknowledged.
All I can say is that I will be holding this hospital accountable for the negligent and immoral things that they did to me. Astounding how wrong I was treated.
