I was a mid-morning walk-in seeking an appointment (maybe in a day or two) to address a week-long eye pain and irritation problem that seemed to be worsening. The receptionist suggested that I take a seat in the waiting room while she looked into available appointment times. Within two minutes, I was very pleasantly surprised when she asked if I would like to see Dr. Pavia right now - and of course I agreed!
