Transferred my policy to another agency, but same company and I get a call from the old agency wanting to discuss my renewal.. .like I was still one of their customers. It seemed like either a misguided way to recapture the business or the young agent Justin was just incompetent. As someone in the insurance business for many years.. either way it's disappointing. I'm leaning toward thinking he was Justin competent.
