Absolutely the worst ER. Waited 3 hours in a empty waiting room the few people who came in were seen immediately as we sat and waited. No one cared. Wouldn't give an ice pack or anything. Severe tooth infection and chest pain and when we said we were leaving the nurse at the front laughed and said bye in the most condescending tone. Never experienced such hostility from nursing staff. Do not go here!!!
Got here before it got crowded still waited 2+ hours while they had an IV in my arm waiting to speak to the doctor. 0/10 highly don’t recommend.
My Granddaughter has been waiting almost 7 hrs to be transferred from Washington County Hospital in Nashville IL. She has a doctor there. When is she gonna be admit? This is bull.
Had to go to the emergency room a week ago and just wanted to say something positive. Yes, the waiting room was full and the wait was long but that is kind of expected when there are so many people in need of care. From the time I got there I had no bad experience. If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. I was there for 9 1/2 hours for blood pressure through the roof. There was no communication, I literally think they forgot about me - I had to go and ask if I was still listed as a patient - twice! There was no one to talk to because the receptionist did not know anything and told me to talk to the triage nurse who was always busy and had her door closed.
