My husband had a stroke over a month ago. We have been trying for 2 weeks to get my husband set up for OT and Speech therapy. The one and only person that schedules is never there. I would think they would have more than one person able to do the scheduling.
The therapist I worked with was very nice and caring, but the staff have room to work on there customer service ethics.
