For me and our family, this doctor office is amaizing. Specifically we see the Dr. Perez... Can't be better!
My daughter just visited and, instead of, listening to her and treating her symptoms, they only took her temp (normal range), BP (normal range), and weight (normal). They then informed her they didn't have the staff or ability to treat her and wanted her to go to the ER. When she informed them she was not, they were telling her she HAD to sign a paper saying she understood she was refusing treatment and it could result in death. (Very frightening for a young adult to hear when they show up to have a sinus infection treated.)... read more
