Memorial health is not reliable. their satellite clinics are never staffed or open. nobody picks up the phone. and after calling 100x, they want you to drive all the way up to aurora for care. and are relunctant to have a single person come to location that is nearest to you there. lets say you have a nasty cut, or are super sick and show up to one of their clinics. nobody is ever home. and the 1 hour the day they may be there, They are ill equiped to handle anything. They have the best Doctors and Nurses and Staff to get you the care that you need. Always greeted was a smile. They are the BEST!!!
While I cannot speak to the quality of care provided as I simply stopped in while traveling to check my weight, the two staff I encountered were kindly and helpful, directing me to an area where I could weigh in privately. I helped myself to complimentary coffee on the way out. The hospital is clean and bright, and I wish them the best. Rural hospitals are struggling to survive and need our support.
