The absolute worst home health care that exist and the director - Renee Hernandez - believes in allowing staff to lie and believe them - since “nurses are in high demand and we have to support them regardless of their behavior” WOW! That’s powerful! Now granted, staff is important but when staff doesn’t tell the truth, management has an obligation to doing a thorough investigation to prove the truth!
