Where do I begin? Zhou comes off arrogant. She doesn't really care about the patients' experience, which explains why so many others on different websites gave her bad reviews. Zhou & her office don't communicate well, act distant, & give low quality service. Originally, when I first set the appointment, I booked a different doctor for back-up. I'm glad I had the back-up. It involves my brother (a patient), who is terminally ill with brain cancer, Memorial Herman Southeast Hospital, his primary care doctor (at the time), myself and parents. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL – OMG! I cannot believe the horrible experience i just had at this hospital. My son has the life threatening illness Asthma and we were not treated with urgency when we arrived. As we sat and waited while he coughed and coughed struggling to breathe finally we made it to the back where he threw up as soon as we got there. None of the doctor's had a compassionate bed side manner at all. When asked what type of steroids they were giving my son and what type of medicine they were using in the nebulize... read more

My wife and I had our son at this hospital. We have nothing but nice things to say about the Labor and Delivery area. I see that most people on here complain about the ER. Fortunately, expecting women do not go through the ER, but go straight to registration in L&D. Currently, we are expecting #2 and have full plans on having this one there too. Not to mention they have a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Not quite sure exactly what that means. The way I understand it is that if any problems occur with the baby they are ... read more
