Placed a lien against a minor's personal injury settlement for his treatment. When I called to try and negotiate a release of this lien, they directed me to a BPO, ElevatePFS, that they have not contracted since 2019. The employees at ElevatePFS were very apologetic, and couldn't explain why Memorial Hermann continues to direct callers to them despite having terminated their contract six years prior. Please update your employees' contacts. Thanks.
