This place is horrible in customer service!!!! Upon taking a family member in for a surgical procedure and being advised of a pre-procedure amount being owed due to deductible not being met we were met with a very rude and un willing to work with us attitude! This was not a. Elective Surgical procedure by any means, therefore we were over a barrel. My family member is an hourly paid worker at a restaurant and the amount requested was almost $3,000. Oh yea, these folks are definitely getting 5 stars. Absolutely incredible staff all the way around. Super efficient, knowledgeable and just plain, good ol fashioned kindness. There aren’t enough stars to do them justice. Let’s see now, my care started with Dakota at registration then Viola, Angela and AJ got me rollin (Angela was the surgical nurse, amazing lady) then lastly Kelsey and Sharon got me ready to go home. Wonderful caring facility. Highly trained and skilled staff that work efficiently; but also, made sure my needs were met as far as comfort!
Not impressed at all with their billing department. You will get a different answer each time you call. Would not recommend.
We had such a positive experience at Memorial Hermann Surgery Center during my son’s recent procedure. From check-in to recovery, every single staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and incredibly compassionate. The nurses were especially wonderful — they took such gentle care of my son, made him feel safe, and even helped ease our nerves as parents.
