My complaint is about their billing & customer service. I had a question on a bill. When I was asked to call resolution center I was spoken to in a condesending manner as if I knew nothing about my insurance (I worked employee benefits for 6 years & know quite a bit). When I tried to stop her & ask a question she continued to talk over me & then said she didn't have to take my yelling. That was laughable, b/c I was only trying to talk over her to ask a question. My husband dad a procedure today. The staff were absolutely the most kind and very helpful.
My toddler just had a procedure there and I was blown away with how efficient the process was, the staffs mannerisms, and how well tailored it was to little ones. In pre-op they had a teddy bear, a coloring book, crayons, and a bee toy for her! She felt so at ease with the staff! Dr. Shah is an amazing ENT and was actually referred to me by a friend.
