My husband dad a procedure today. The staff were absolutely the most kind and very helpful.
My toddler just had a procedure there and I was blown away with how efficient the process was, the staffs mannerisms, and how well tailored it was to little ones. In pre-op they had a teddy bear, a coloring book, crayons, and a bee toy for her! She felt so at ease with the staff! Dr. Shah is an amazing ENT and was actually referred to me by a friend. I have had multiple surgeries in the past and in multiple different places. This place is BY far the best. The staff were absolutely amazing, specifically my OR nurse Courtney, she explained everything to my husband and I in ways we understood!
