I had a great experience at the Memorial Hermann Sleep Lab. My tech, Maddison, was outstanding — she made me feel completely at home and comfortable throughout my overnight study. She explained everything clearly, checked in often, and her calm, friendly approach made the whole process stress-free. The room itself was very clean and well-prepared, which helped me relax and actually get some rest. Overall, I left feeling well taken care of and very confident in the care I received. Highly recommend!
I had an outstanding experience during my sleep study! My technician, JACOB is amazing! He made my stay at ease, he explained everything step by step, very well-informed and precise. The sleep study experience at Memorial Hermann sugar land exceeded my expectations. The facility is meticulously maintained, with rooms that are exceptionally clean and well-kept. I called their phone number on 9/30/2024. They said that they received the Referral and they will call me back after confirming with my Health Insurance. I waited 6 business days for them to call me back. I called them again on 10/09/2024, they said Oh… your insurance is not in network. I was like I was expecting your call to tell me if insurance is in-network or not and you guys didn’t even bother calling me back and just sat on that info.
