I visited this location on Sunday, 4/19. Our first interaction with the location was via telephone in which Linda was very professional and super nice answer questions. I previously went to a different urgent care facility, not associated with Memorial Hermann the day before, In which they had diagnosed me with bone spurs. Will be going to E.R this afternoon with a possible bad fracture,not sure if they will help us or not but we are crossing our fingers . It's confusing with some very good comments and then some not good ones. Anyway wish us luck . Sorry, it's the only picture I could get loaded. Woo

Went in at about 23:00 for a potential DVT/blood clot. Potentially life threatening... I was never seen. Waiting for over an hour I ended up having to head to another clinic. There where two patients waiting ahead of me. No one was taken in in the time I waited. This location, by no means, should be visited in the event of an emergency. Unbelievably disappointing and embarrassing for Memorial Hermann.

I brought my daughter to this ER on Friday because she was lethargic—meaning unusually tired, low-energy, and not acting like her normal self. When I informed the physician, she told me outright that my daughter was not lethargic and appeared agitated that I even brought it up. The tone of the interaction made me feel as though our concerns were being dismissed rather than evaluated, and at one point she questioned why we were even there.
