I was just seen by Dr. Whitney Chandler due to an eye problem and she and the staff were great. Almost no wait, got an ultrasound and blood work, and was out in an hour with a diagnosis and a specialist referral. Great overall experience with this place. Recommend it!
This place is the absolute worst! Many years ago they did a better job and now awful. You go there to sit in a Triage chair and then send you back to the waiting room and hardly anyone there. You go with a fever and they don’t give you an ice pack or medicine.. my daughter was with high fever for almost two hours before I had to ask for Tylenol. The nurse can’t take temperature correctly and they claim she didn’t have a fever when I went there in the first place for 104 fever that didn’t go down. She was visibly red and want... read more
We visited MH ER in June 2026. The service was excellent and the attending Physician had a pleasant bedside manor. She was very informative and attentive. The staff was polite especially for being 1am! They took great care of my 86 year old Mother. Thank you to all.
I visited this location on Sunday, 4/19. Our first interaction with the location was via telephone in which Linda was very professional and super nice answer questions. I previously went to a different urgent care facility, not associated with Memorial Hermann the day before, In which they had diagnosed me with bone spurs.
