In 2025, I sustained an injury while out on a trail walk. I rolled my ankle and fell forward, resulting in a severe—yet difficult to detect—injury to my Lisfranc joint. I worked with Michelle and the Memorial Hermann Fall Creek Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation team for physical therapy. Later, I learned that surgery was necessary for proper healing. My first visit as patient here I felt welcomed and the Customer service was excellent. My therapist was Bailey and I recommend her to anyone. She listens, takes her time and understands what needs to be done. She calmly explains what is needed and what she will need you to do at home to ensure you are getting great care and getting you back to normal. Great atmosphere and excellent customer service.

I took my most recent CT scans of my lower and middle back inflamed disks, to assure the therapist under stood my issues. I had the nerves burned in my lower back recently, my pain level was tolerable. The therapist was not interested in even looking at the CT scans. The first session she started with lower back rotation exercises and additional lower back exercises. My back was completely inflamed and hurting when I stopped the therapy. All the staff are highly professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpful, including the receptionist. I had physical therapy there for 2 knee replacements and a pinched nerve in my back. They got me back to normal and moving again quickly. Thanks to the great therapists there: Ivy, Todd, Ashley, Eldrigde. They are all great ! If you need PT, this is an excellent choice to get it.

The place was nice and clean, the staff was kind and helpful, no issues. However, my GPS couldn't find the spot, so if your GPS gets you lost, the place is in the parking lot to the left of Rising Sun Sushi restaurant.
