I wanted to pass along our experience in hopes it helps others. Unfortunately, terrible experience for my dad. He's a hemiplegic patient, with high anxiety which produces seizures. He was admitted for a bowel obstruction. NG tube placed and he kept pulling it out. He always uses Siri to call me- since I can calm him down. He couldn't talk well with the NG tube, and they had his only hand restrained. That he wasn't upset about, it did help him not pull out his tube. as i left comment this so far one off the worst place i have been into they do not want to get paid i just call them to pay my wife balance in full after want to speak to my wife which they do not have translator they can bring to the line disconnecting me for 2 times this is a joke . not providing any account number to us to pay online . i am telling you fox .it is the joke i am pay in you my wife pay in you . my dad paying you for the worst service you should get it . even we are not happy at all for your service .... read more

I sent a family member to Memorial Hermann SW by the paramedics on September 14, 2019 for severe mental illness, major depression, difficulty concentrating and difficulty in making life decisions, slow movement, feeling bad about herself and down, uncontrollable crying spells and was told by Rhonda, the Office or Hospital Administrator that this patient was seen and discharged by the doctor who rendered her care unnecessary.
