Did not put insurance in correct. Was charged way more than quoted.
Going into my MRI w contrast I was super anxious and fidgety, even starting the MRI I had to stop do to anxiety. Iris Boothe and Erika Del Rio were super duper understanding and comforting during this and offered me music to listen to during the rest of my MRI. After that I was so much calmer and able to get it all done. Thanks to them I was able to complete the exam by pushing through that anxiety:) Thank you girls so much !!!
I had surgery today and if I could rate this place a zero I would and it should be reported so that people do not go here for outpatient surgery! The customer service and bed side manner was awful! When I went into recovery area I was rushed to get out a hospital bed not long after surgery the nurse kept tell me I needed to get up when I was shaking with my teeth chattering crying in horrible pain she then proceeded to tell me after every dose of medication that this is the last one she could give me when clearly I was not r... read more
If i could give this place a zero star I would. I had an interview scheduled with Kristie at 10am and it was 10:50 and I had yet to be called back. I talked to the front desk and they said she’s in numbers with PACU and honestly forgot about the interview. Kristie is apparently the manager and extremely unprofessional. Wasted my time as a potential employee and not respectful of my time at all.
