Room walls were thin and there was a crying baby next door ALL NIGHT. Not to mention the neighbor that loves to watch tv very loud. The blanket smells funny too. Feels like a motel 6.
Just to get an appointment they say takes 2 weeks. I tried to offer help as the patient to call the insurance to speed things along and then they claim there is still a wait. This place makes me definitely feel like just a number. Clearly they need more help in office.

The Sleep Lab Manager at Memorial Hermann TMC tries to sweep her mistakes under the rug. My Dr. ordered a sleep study followed by a day study last year. Their sleep lab Dr. took it upon himself to end my sleep study pre-maturely and go against my Dr.'s orders. Not only has this cost me my health, it also is costing me in excess of $1700 to get re-tested due to their Dr.'s negligence.
